This mixed methods study describes the services provided through 38 First Episode Psychosis programs nationwide. The aim is to identify factors influencing the implementation of these programs, assess fidelity, measure client outcomes, and correlate program fidelity with clinical outcomes. A goal of the study is to evaluate the feasibility of a fidelity review for First Episode Psychosis programs that appraises the program’s performance through telephone-based interviews with staff members and chart audits using a standardized fidelity scale.
